I have many books in which a voice as "velvet," described, but read? What a voice of velvet "sound can describe someone?" I give you the best answer that I think deserves.

A velvet voice sounds like someone who does not say, lots of breaks in language and words seem to "blend together". The voice is often soft, like a French actor.
Good for me ......... were flat and smooth, easy on the ears to hear, so pleasant, and perhaps a little too hot ....... just sayin '

Perhaps is soft and velvety. That's what I think when I come to think of a velvety voice. Soft, clear and attractive.
